In less than one month, support for protecting the rights of people with intellectual & developmental disabilities (IDD) during the Covid-19 crisis is now almost 50,000 people strong and includes 54 organizations. The growing number of advocates continues to inspire us and move our important work forward.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, AADMD set up a Coronavirus Center as a resource and hub for knowledge sharing for individuals, caregivers, and, in particular, health care workers serving people with Special Needs/ IDD (Intellectual & Development Disabilities).
