Job Description: Faculty Open Rank (Non-Tenure) – Inclusive Care Clinic Division of Prevention and Public Health Sciences Department of Pediatric Dentistry College of Dentistry University of Illinois Chicago The Inclusive Care Clinic (ICC) in the Division of Prevention and Public Health Sciences in the College of Dentistry at the University of Illinois Chicago is seeking with experience in serving patients with disabilities to fill several full-time faculty non-tenure positions. The ICC serves patients with disabilities 15 years and older, with a particular emphasis on providing comfortable, competent care for neuro-diverse patients (e.g., patients with autism spectrum disorders, psychiatric, and behavioral conditions) and those who otherwise experience challenges receiving dental care. The goals of this clinic are - a) to provide clinical opportunities to gain experience working with patients with special needs b) to provide unmet special care services and c) to provide clinical research opportunities. Faculty members will serve as educators, mentors, and supervising clinicians and will be involved in program development and didactic and clinical teaching in the pre-doctoral dental curriculum. The faculty members will report and work closely with the Director of the Inclusive Care Clinic. Minimum qualifications include a DDS/DMD or equivalent. General Practice Residency (GPR) or equivalent experience. An active dental license and/or be eligible for full licensure in Illinois, or be eligible to obtain a restricted faculty license. Experience in providing clinical care and instruction in the treatment of patients with medically complex conditions, acquired, developmental and intellectual disabilities, and other specialized healthcare needs in an outpatient clinical setting. Experience in evidenced-based dentistry, curriculum development and interprofessional education is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to interdisciplinary care, a willingness to engage other academic departments, and a desire to affect positive change with an innovative and collaborative spirit. The budgeted salary range for the position is $120,000 to $165,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. Job Title: Medical Director - Physician Administrator 3

Job Description: Job Duties Expected Job Duties for Physician Administrator 3 Position: Oversee the medical care provided to residents of both developmental centers by planning, coordinating and directing delivery of medical services, establishing policies & procedures for medically related topics to be consistent with required standards for Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID). Working with interdisciplinary team members (e.g. psychology, psychiatry, case managers, direct care staff, nursing staff, family/guardians) to problem solve issues affecting the health and safety of the individuals and making/implementing recommendations by ordering any medical interventions (e.g. medications, diagnostic testing, treatments, referrals to other medical providers). Serving as the primary care physician (e.g. conducting physicals, evaluating/diagnosing medical concerns, monitoring reactions to treatment/medications, writing prescriptions and medical orders, completing documentation) for designated individuals residing at the facilities. Collaborates with Certified Nurse Practitioners at each facility. Consulting with facility committees (admission/discharge, unusual incidents, infection control, emergency preparedness, medication review and human rights) and other parties (e.g. medical professionals/providers, DD county boards, DD Central Office Major Unusual Incident & Legal divisions).

The Developmental Disabilities Health Center in CO Springs provides primary care and psychiatric services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for multiple people to join our team, including:

Psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner: provide outpatient psychiatric care, team based approach with primary care; Although telehealth is a component, in person work is required (full time)

Behavioral health provider (LPC, behavior analyst): to provide integrated behavioral health interventions in a primary care setting as well as long term therapy

Care coordinator/resource navigation: Help support patients/providers with navigating Medicaid waiver services and serve as a liason to The Resource Exchange in CO Springs

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Medicine, Department of Pediatric and Special Needs Dentistry is seeking a full time general dentist for its hospital based clinic within Arkansas Children’s Hospital.  The dentist is expected to provide comprehensive dental services for medically and developmentally complex patients of all ages, supervise and train dental residents and dental students, and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.  The desired candidate must be eligible for an Arkansas Dental License, be a graduate of a general practice residency or advanced education in general dentistry program, or have five years of experience.  Previous experience with medically complex patients, individuals with developmental disabilities, and individuals with craniofacial anomalies preferred.  The academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
