Study from the American Heart Association
AADMD INFO BLAST - For AADMD Members and Friends
First study (American Heart Association) to demonstrate the "quantitative aspects" of exercise as a cardio-protective regimen.
Should certainly be made known to community providers with the intent to have it incorporated into patient's ISP (Individual Support Plan).
This should be additional justification for participation in Special Olympics activities as possible.
