Polly Arango Remembered

The AADMD has joined thousands in paying tribute to the memory of Polly Arango, a co-founder, fighter and advocate of Family Voices. Polly died in an automobile accident earlier this month. This attachment from Dr Sophie Arao-Nguyen, the Executive Director of Family Voices is a tribute to Polly at her recent memorial service. The arena of developmental healthcare is probably the singular arena in medicine and dentistry that has the most interaction with families; it is therefore appropriate that we share the life of this parent who moved mountains when they needed to be moved.
